Managed the social media and planning EDI initiatives, as well as making decisions on TMS activities and grants award.

#WomenInMicropalaeontology Campaign

I planned and executed this EDI campaign to highlight and celebrate the contributions of women in micropalaeontology, creating visibility and inspiration for future generations of female scientists.

Global Reach

The TMS-Cushman seminars reached an international audience, creating a platform for researchers from different countries and career stages to share their work.

Community Building

The #WomenInMicropalaeontology campaign created a supportive network and highlighted role models for aspiring female scientists in the field.
